Relax, reflect, and recharge every Wednesday at Mindful Yoga! This free guided session is open to all UCI students, no matter your experience level. Great for beginners! Mats and supplies are provided, or you’re welcome to bring your own.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to secure your spot, as space is limited. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, as they may disrupt the session.

Discover the power of self-reflection at our Journal to Wellness workshop! In our warm and interactive environment, students can gather to unwind, contemplate, and foster a sense of well-being through the process of writing and journaling. Each session we’ll have a different journal prompt to start a journey of personal growth and reflection.

We provide FREE journals for new attendees, but you’re welcome to bring your own journal and supplies.

Come As You Are: Mindful Yoga & Sound Bath @ Middle Earth, Dome of Stars

Join us for a guided yoga and sound journey, followed by dinner and community. Yoga mats provided, wear loose comfortable clothing. No prior experience necessary. This event is open to students, staff and faculty. There is limited capacity, no late entry will be permitted.

Mindful Mondays @ Meet Outside Zot N' Go
Jun 2 @ 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm

Join us every Monday for a journey into mindfulness! Each week, we’ll explore different practices such as meditation, mindful movement, and loving-kindness meditation. No prior experience needed — beginners are warmly welcomed! As a special gift, participants will receive an essential oil roller to carry their mindful practice with them. We’ll meet outside of the Zot N’ Go and then embark as a group to the meditation spot once everyone has arrived.
